Graduating during this time of uncertainty is definitively not an easy situation. In this episode, I share my story of how I overcame challenges to find my first structural engineering job. I spent more than four years looking for a job while I bounced between maintenance, custodial, wastewater treatment plant operator, and quality control technician to finally find a job in structural engineering. The road was not easy but I hope you stay positive as I share my story.
