Have you struggled with mental wellness in the past? I know many people (including me) constantly battle with anxiety, impostor syndrome, and other mental challenges in their careers. Hannah does a great job at providing a wide variety of resources and techniques to help overcome this mental barriers. She has personally overcome anxiety and depression and her whole mission is to help others live a happier life.

Hannah is a senior electrical engineer with previous experience in fortune 500 companies working in energy and chemicals through all stages of EPC. However, recently she moved to the Data Centre world. She has worked all over the world and recently started her own company Engineer Your Mind Ltd. She created Engineer Your Mind to help others achieve the lifestyle and mindset they are looking for by breaking down the problem and creating an effective and sustainable strategy. She developed it after her own mental health experiences and wanted to give back to the mental health community as well as support prevention of mental illness.
