It is hard enough to be a mother, but Stephanie has been able to balance her family and business to make sure her family is getting the best of her. As a parent, I know how hard it is to balance family and work and I truly enjoyed the conversation with Stephanie. She is also a Latina who has a unique background and passion to serve her family first. This mentality, lead her to work with other engineers to help them find their passion and careers through her company Technically Minded Talent.
