Best Tools to Plan Your Day

I love planning my day digitally.

And since I love planning my day digitally, I have a handful of tools I use over and over again. They have become part of my daily habit, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Here are my favorite tools to do plan my day:

  1. Notion:
Notion became my dream app from day 1.

It is like a white canvas to create the system that works for you.

I have everything from day planning, to tasks, to content management in this tool. Check out Tomfrankly for more resources and templates.

  2. Cron:
There are a ton of calendar tools these days.

Cron takes the win for me. It is simple and it allows me to do unique things like block events from my personal calendar in my work calendar automatically.

I use it to time block and keep track of what I need to be doing.

  3. Toggle:
No necessarily to plan my day but to keep track of my day.

I use Toggle to track my time and activity during the day to make sure I am staying on task as well as seeing how much time I am investing in certain activities.

If you end up using these tools, let me know what you think!
