Your achievements in life are dictated by the things you accomplish during the day. The problem? If you’re neither mentally nor physically ready to put in the work, you’ll fall short. That’s when a morning and evening routine comes into play.

On one hand, a morning routine helps get you in the right state of mind―and body―to tackle the tasks on any given day. An evening routine, on the other hand, helps you unwind after a long, stressful workday so that you can recover for the next one. But don’t get it wrong. You need both. Regardless of how simple they might be.

However, when creating a routine for themselves, people usually do what they see on social media. Even though you can try some of the things others are doing, that doesn’t mean all of them will suit you well. There’s no such thing as the “right” morning or evening routine you should follow. Rather, there’s your morning and evening routine. And the only way to figure that out is by experimentation and iteration.
